"Ahhh, my head!" I exclaimed as I woke up. "Didi, wake up! My head is exploding!" I said to the figure lying beside me.

Reena groggily opened her eyes. "Shut up, Rey!" she muttered, rubbing her temples.

I sat up, supporting my back against the headboard. "You're saying that as if you didn't just make me drink that new strawberry alcoholic drink!"

Reena smirked. "Well, you liked it, at least!"

Just then, a knock at the door interrupted us. "Ma'am, may I come in?" our maid, Gayatri, asked.

"Come in," I replied.

Gayatri entered. "Ma'am, you have a business meeting in one hour."

I widened my eyes in alarm. "What time is it?"

"It's 11 a.m., ma'am," Gayatri replied.

I kicked Reena off the bed, and she fell to the floor. "Look! I'm already late! Reena, I'm going to kill you!" I screamed.

Reena rubbed her back as she stood up. "Bish, I'm the one who gave you the idea to start this business. Don't blame me for your tardiness!"

I shot her a frantic look. "I'm grateful for that, but don't sabotage it too!"

Reena crossed her arms. "If you weren't my sister, I'd make you regret kicking me out of bed!"

"Do I look like I care? Now, get out of my room!" I exclaimed.

Reena raised a brow with a smug smile. "Open your eyes properly, dear sister. Ye mera room hai! Now, get out of my room!"

I threw a pillow at her. "Gladly!" I huffed as I walked out, slamming the door behind me.

I rushed to the bathroom, quickly showered, and dressed. After applying a touch of makeup, I hurried downstairs. "Gayatri ma!" I called out.

Gayatri appeared, wiping her hands with her saree's pallu. "Yes, beta?"

"I'll have lunch later. Make sure my dear sleepyhead sister doesn't oversleep!"

Gayatri chuckled. "Of course, beta. Now hurry, it's already 11:45."

I grabbed my bag and rushed outside. "Driver!" I called, spotting our white Audi waiting.

"Take me to Hotel Vishram, and drive fast, please. Thank you!"

At 12:20 p.m., I walked into the private room for the meeting and took my seat.

"You're late, Ms. Desai," said a dark-haired man with grey strands.

I smiled, unfazed. "A queen is never late, Mr. Desai. The other guests are simply early."

"Shall we begin the meeting?" I asked with a polite smile.

"Of course," the man replied with a grin.

The meeting wrapped up smoothly, and everyone left, except for my father and me.

"So, Father, when did you return from Dubai?" I asked as I walked toward him.

"This morning-while my two daughters were unconscious from alcohol," my father said, shaking his head.

I rolled my eyes. "Oh please, Dad. It's Reena's fault! She made me drink that strawberry tonic, saying it was her new recipe."

Rajendra smiled knowingly. "Yet you still drank it, even though you didn't know what was inside."

I crossed my arms. "What if she died, Dad? I'd be all alone, with no one to fight with or deal with her annoying smug face!"

Her father chuckled. "Of course, of course. Now, let's head home and surprise her."

I nodded with a grin. "Sure, Dad."
